About Me Projects

My Expertise

I graduated college in December 2016 with a degree in Computer Information Systems and Security, during my free time I dabble in Programming, Security and System Administration.

Programming

- Used Powershell in automating VMware/PowerCLI to dynamically create VM's for AD accounts as well as clean up old VM's where the accounts no longer exist - used for a university. Created a Powershell script to automate mass guest account creation, account creation was previously a manual task.

- Used Java to build RESTful services, and for website workflows using selenium.

- Used Python to build personal web scraping tools.

- Used HTML/CSS/JS/Angualr JS to develop a dashboard for project defects.

- Used C# for O&M on an internal company application.

Security

- Used Kali Linux to compete in the Cyber Panoply competition hosted by USTA.

- Built some automation around the armitage tool to scan the network and automatically gain access to the MS-08 vurnable nodes.

- Competed in the NCCDC.

System Administration

-Managed WSUS for domain servers.

- Created and managed GPO's for a domain.

- Created VMware VM templates for a university sub-domain.

- Designed and set up an air-gapped pen testing network for students to train their red team pen testing skills.

Non-Profit Database
  • Microsoft Access
  • Visual Basic
  • Agile methodologies
  • Project Management
  • Designed a Database for a Non-Profit company that supported single mothers. Due to government regulations a lot of paper needed to be filled out (per applicant) and kept for many years. The Non-Profit was having trouble keeping track of all of the paperwork and wanted to remove the risk of losing copies. Prototype was created, however implementation was outside the scope of the class project.

Distributed Remote Boot Linux With Kali

A project designed for my alma mater. The student run cyber security organization was struggling to get students to join and particpate in competitions, we found the issue to be that students could not jump into the environment and begin learning due to needing a lot of setup. This project is supposed to solve that issue by allowing a new students to setup their machine to PXE boot and have their machine do the computation, but save all files to the remote server. This will allow for minimal client side setup.

    OLLU CyberSaints Lab Documentation

Prior to graduating I documented the configuration of our air-gapped pen testing lab in case students needed to rebuild the lab for any reason.
*This it the environment that is mentioned in the above project.
